HOMEBODY honors movement and music as medicine. Through beautiful soundscapes and thoughtful, evidence based, programming I assist you in coming home to your bodies fullest potential. Clients learn how enhanced movement improves quality of life, no matter the stage of life. Through our work together clients relieve pain and discomfort of ailments like arthritis, fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy. I have trained women through all stages of pregnancy and helped clients climb one of the highest peeks in the world. Working with me, you will learn to move and live with confidence, strength and grace.


Package Includes:

  • A complimentary 30 minute consultation to map out your personalized movement program.

  • 3/6 or 12 private or semi-private sessions.

  • A curated movement program, designed specifically for you based on your unique goals and specific needs.

  • Movement modalities include functional strength training, matwork Pilates, mobility techniques, breath-work and dance.

An interactive and collaborative process, I am here to help you create the space you’ve always dreamed of. Curating your ideal home and wardrobe by celebrating your unique style on any budget.


Package includes:

  • A 15-30 minute complimentary consultation including an in-home, or virtual, walk through of your space.

  • A personalized plan to solve your unique needs including an estimation of time until project completion, budget options etc. 4+ hours of work (dependent upon project size).
